Tony Cutolo

Spotted in a repair shop in Pittsfield MA. The last time this car was seen, it resided in Ohio. It is one of the earlier entries in the Registry. .. Last spring Tony saw a 66 Galaxie at the annual car show and swap meet in Rhinebeck, NY. It was a number matching 7 litre. A week later he purchased it and it was delivered on Mothers Day. He has started work on it but it is one of those projects that as you get into it you find more and as you go further you find even more. Oh the joys of restoration.Work in progress  Appears to be a box stock original that has been untouched over the years.it still has the factory glasspacks on the exhaust!! Amazing 44 years old with 125K and the original exhaust in usable condition!

Joe Trimpe Was sold new at Wallwark Ford in Fargo ND. The person Joe bought it from, purchased from only registered owner from Glendive MT, he bought it from the dealership as a demo car in 68, with 12k miles on it. Car is ALL (and I mean ALL) original and in very good condition. No rust whatsoever (NONE) and shiny ORIGINAL paint.  Stored inside stored since day one. Documented 83k miles. Solid number 3+ condition, honest survivor car, unmolested and untouched. This car is believed to be the most original 7-Litre known to exist. The motor runs really well. The interior is really sweet. The headliner and back window tray are in perfect shape and have no fading or issues and it even has the original floor mats!

Joe Here’s a nicely equipped California car advertized for sale in 2008.  Originally Springtime Yellow, it underwent a color change in its life.  It still retains the original Parchment interior.  Factory options include P/S, A/C, 8-Track, and the Visibility Group.  All was reported to be in excellent cosmetic and operational condition.

Felix Gonzalez This is a factory 4 speed car.  The car does not have a motor or transmission.  It is a factory order Vinyl top car over a Silver Frost exterior and a Black interior. The body is now in primer.  The chassis is completely redone with all new components. Rear quarters are rust free and were taken down to bare metal and shot with epoxy prime. Car has a 3.25:1 limited slip 5 point adjustable rear.  Notable option is the AM/FM radio.

From a Craigslist ad…………1966 Galaxie 7 Liter Original 428 Cubic Inch Motor, Automatic, very little rust, every option possible, bucket seats , center console, etc., POSI 9'' rear, Emberglo exterior with Parchment interior and Parchment vinyl top.Hard to ascertain what is meant by “every option possible”.  If that information is accurate, this could be a very valuable 7-Litre.  Seller claims “POSI” rear, but the 4 in the data tag tells us this is a 3.25:1 open differential.

Jack Wenger Engine and transmission reportedly rebuilt. Has an older repaint of Silver Frost and the Medium Blue and Dark Blue interior is very nice.   Very pretty combination. Very nice chrome.  Never any rust.  The trunk spear is missing from the deck lid. Radio does not work. Just a real honest rare old Ford that runs and drives nice. Also has a pair of stainless steel fender skirts but they are currently not on the car.

Bobby Snipes Bobby’s ride, like himself, has spent its entire life in Virginia.  This was restored over a 2 year period and first appeared at the Carlisle All Ford Nationals in 2006 where it placed in the 7-Litre class.  It is finished in its original Wimbledon White with a Red interior.  It is a 4 speed, with no other significant options.  At the time of restoration, the motor was also rebuilt and upgraded.  Still waiting for Bobby to feed us with more details on this beautiful car as well as his Black hardtop.

This car was purchased new by my father-in-law from the local Ford dealership in Cullman, AL.  It is in original un-restored condition and would be a great car for restoration.  It has 43,000 miles and starts, runs, and drives like a champ.  It gets started and driven at least a couple of times a month.  It has been garage kept for the past 20 years and has been used sparingly.  This is an A/C car.

My 7 Litre has P/S, P/B, AM radio w/rear speaker & manual windows so I don't think it has any special options. I bought it from the second owner but he really didn't have any documents. I do know it is a local car and was only 10 miles from me. It has sitting outside covered for some time while his Shelby Mustang was being pampered in the garage. It has some rust along the lower door edges, quarters and along the roof rails. I will be repairing and repainting soon

It was purchased near Sikeston MO in 1971.  It had 59K miles when he bought it, and now it has 251K miles.  This car replaced the 7-Litre that he bought new in 1966 and was wrecked earlier in 1971.    Around 1991 the car was repainted Candy Apple Red, and new carpet was installed.  The Cragar SS wheels have been on the car for 31 years and required an adapter plate on the front to clear the disc brake caliper.  It was originally equipped with an automatic transmission which was replaced by the 4 speed out of his first 7-Litre.  This car doesn't make it to many car shows, however it is driven monthly to keep everything in working order.
