Lewis Dickson Sr. |
Lew is the original owner of this car and retained the original Bill of Sale. He is trying to locate the car, to see if it still exists. If anyone had a lead on this VIN, let us know. We are posting a picture of the car from back in the day. It was originally purchased by Lew, when he lived in Roanoke, VA, from Harvest Motors in Salem, VA. It was an A/C car with tinted windows and visibility group. Candyapple red with black interior. Thanks to Lew Jr. for sending us the information and the photo. |

Roy purchased it in June of 2014from Fresno and had it shipped back to Auckland, New Zealand. At compliance it was found to have minor issues like small amount of rust at back window, this has now been patched, painted and a new vinyl top fitted. At the same time i had a new hood liner fitted, as well as having put in a new sway bar kit, engine mounts and replaced all the brake hoses, just waiting on a new wind shield to arrive.
has a nice early FORD tachometer fitted in the centre console. A beautiful Ivy Green body with Ivy Gold interior. A very nicely done, factory A/C car.

Garage kept, has a metallic blue paint and all but one 7 litre logos (trunk is missing but spear is intact and restored.) There was two other owners that I knew of. I bought it from a female owner that told me it sat for awhile because its owner was killed in Vietnam. she and her husband restored it. It does not have the original trunk lid. |

This car is truly an original, with very good paint (repaint in original color), matchings numbers engine and transmission, original mileage of 48,350 and all original interior in very good condition. In addition to being a survivor, this car comes from Georgia and it simply rust free. The chrome and grill look great as do the taillights and trim. The car is nice and straight and the doors close very nicely. The interior is original and in very good condition,The door panels, bucket seats, console, steering wheel, etc are all in very good to excellent condition. The dash does have some cracks at the speaker. |

Car is in tn with some rust. Has a complete near rust free body for parts, plus many, many parts to go with it. You would need a large box truck and a couple trailers to get all the parts accumulated. NOS dash pad, have 2 hood spears one trunk spear all trim is there, plus many extra. I have a rebuilt 66 428 with SCJ heads dyno 410, have the correct 4 speed tranny, orig taken out by po and he will not sell it. Needs are bell housing, flywheel, and z bar linkage. |

Cruise-O-Matic, AC, power brakes, power steering, AM/FM/ 8 track with dual rear speakers, tissue dispenser and more. Almost new Firestone whitewall radials mounted on original steel wheels with hubcaps. The engine had been rebuilt and all mechanicals restored. Excellent sheet metal - the driver's door and door panel were replaced. Professional newer paint is excellent. The vinyl interior and upholstery are in very good original condition with newer carpet. New starter and new battery were installed |

Michael had his first 7-Litre in High School. It was Brown with a black top and black interior automatic. However being a High School student he never had the money to fix it up the way he wanted. This car is in much better shape than his first one..
He has owned this car for the past seven years. This car was on the cover of the Galaxie club of America over seven years ago. Since he has owned it it has went through a six year frame off restoration and completely redone period correct. Upgrades include, rebuilt engine .030 over, big cam, Edelbrock RPM manifold, 850 holly carb and long headers. Awesome power and a lotta fun to drive. |

Currently undergoing restoration. Left outside for the last ten years. Hasn't run in 15-20 years. But at least everything is there. All emblems and numbers matching 428 and 4-speed Top Loader. Non A/C car. Power Steering & Brakes. The previous owner, lost everything in the way of paperwork. At some point, the coil was removed and the engine id tag also lost. Although the original Owners manual was in the glove box, along with the original owners data tag. |
