Nicely redone car with some nice options. It has A/C, Convenience Group, Power Windows, and the extremely rare reclining passenger seat with headrest. The original configuration is undetermined due to the missing data tag information. Car sold at Northrup Ford in Watertown , NY. |

Brent Francis |
Purchased on ebay in December 2003, from an estate in West Palm Beach Florida, while Brent was living in Florida. It is now in Baltimore, MD. The car was ordered through the Jacksonville, FL district sales office and resided in GA as well as FL. It needed tires and brakes to make it safe before it could be driven. Original Black on black factory color scheme. It is an automatic. It was missing lots of items such as wheel covers and a trunk spear. The trunk spear was purchased from an antique auto wrecking yard in Arizona. The wheel covers were purchased on ebay. Brent restored the wheelcover center caps himself and replaced the rear tail lamps and bezels. The bumpers and 7-Litre fender badges have been rechromed. It is still a work in progress. The car runs great. |

After soliciting assistance from the 7-Litre group, Diana made this eBay purchase for her husband Tom on July 4th 2004. Good thing. She had been looking to find the right car and color for quite a while. Seems the party bidding against her, not from the club, had actually gone to see the car and tried to buy it out from under her. Fortunately, the owners said no to him, it would be a fair auction. When Tom was 16, he worked at a Ford dealership pre-delivering these cars and always wanted one, but couldn't afford it. She made his dream come true. The car has the dealer chrome package and included the bumper guards on the bumper and chrome around the fuel door, chrome valve covers and chrome air cleaner. The car is solid and has no rust.
Diana got all of our votes for Wife of the Year! - Editor |
