This car is loaded with rare options such as Power Driver Seat, Power windows, Power locks and Air Conditioning! It also has a dash mounted Convenience Panel. The body and frame is in good solid shape but the top needs to be repaired. It came from the factory with a 428, Automatic
but its currently being powered by a 351. The trunk area is solid however the passenger side (inside the trunk area) appears to have been repaired prior to being painted.
One other thing to note is that is car does not have dics brakes on the front like other 7-Litre cars. We have discussed this and have wondered if the owner ordered it withoutthem. (back then people were a little strange about new features).

More than likely, somewhere along the way, someone took the cheap route and converted the brakes to drum. - Editor

I have been into cars my whole life and have never heard of a 7 litre.  I started asking all my friends who knew about cars, and none of them knew anything about it either.  After I looked it up on the internet and found out how rare the car was, I went to see the it the following Saturday morning.  I wore my old clothes thinking I would be crawling around in the dirt to check for rust. When I got there, he took me to his garage in the back. When he opened the door, I couldn’t believe it. The car must have had five years of dust on it, but underneath the dust I could tell this car was well taken care of.  Not only was there no rust, there were also no dents, the upholstery was in great shape, and there was not a drip of oil under the car. After getting the car home, I’ve been having so much fun.  I’ve changed the oil and filters, have cleaned out the gas tank, have put in a new master cylinder, and have done a wax job. The car Is driveable and so much fun to drive. Car has rare 4speed and A/C Combination.

Original Candy Apple on Parchment with White top. Rare reclining passenger Seat, Vacuum Locks (no power windows), courtesy group. The car has been sitting since the mid 80's.The 428 motor is in pieces, the 4 speed is there. The top needs some work. If you put a motor in it and fix the top it would make a nice driver. The body and interior are nice.

An original 4 speed car, but non original motor and trans.

428 V-8 Engine was recently rebuilt and runs great.  The Cruise-o-matic tranny looks to also have been recently rebuilt & works perfectly.  Brand new dual exhaust with Flowmaster 50 series Mufflers sound great at idle & cruising. Brakes are recently redone.   Suspension is in good condition with no unusual noises during use. Tires are new.Power top was recently replaced (3-4 yrs ago) & in great condition with minor use wrinkles as is the norm. Goes up & down with no binding.Body was repainted a few years ago & still looks great.  Car was originally Emberglo w/parchment int, but redone in Ford Nightmist Blue w/Black int.  Patch panels were welded in to lower 1/4's & the rest of body appears to have been fairly rust free. Trunk floor has some pin holes but is all there. Chrome is in good condition with correct 7 Litre emblems on fenders, grille and glove box (no liner in glove box).

Other options include 8-Track. Engine is rebuilt and the body will soon be redone along with the paint. Originally Springtime Yellow with Black interior, they are choosing to do the car in a more vibrant yellow. We will update the pics after the car is done.

This car was literally found in my back yard. Not 2 miles from my house. I pass their street every day for the past 10 years. -Editor

Scott Honeychurch I bought it from a guy in Spokane, WA in 1988.  I haven't driven her in about 10 years now and am getting ready for a full restoration.  It's a very original car all the way down to the paint and interior.  Things look a little rough due the the dusty storage, but it is a rust free body with complete numbers matching powertrain.
